Organization's mission and quality policy

The main mission of EGT Express Georgia LLC is to provide the best quality logistics service for local and international cargo transportation for local and international clients. In the process of carrying out activities, the organization tries to fully take into account the requirements of interested parties and meet their expectations as much as possible.

Vision: The company aspires to become one of the main leaders in the region in the cargo transportation segment, which it achieves by constantly improving the quality of customer service within the framework of national and international legal regulations. The organization directs its resources in the direction of continuous development, perfection, increase in the number of satisfied clients.

For the practical implementation of the quality policy, strategic goals have been defined by the management of the organization, for the correct implementation of which the requirements of the international quality management system have been introduced and realized in the company - the best supporting mechanism for the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management processes, reduction of organizational risks and customer orientation.
